State Board of Education Approves

Erie County Community College

On Wednesday, July 8th, the state Board of Education voted for the final approval of the application to establish a community college in Erie County!

This represents a three year effort for the victory for all the residents of Erie County to have access to affordable education that will enrich their lives and improve their opportunity to establish and advance their careers.

It's the first community college to be approved in more than 25 years in the state of Pennsylvania and only the third to be established in the United States in the last decade!

Now on to the challenge of creating the best community college ever!
